I came to Javi's Electra Warehouse looking for hope. I had just spent $800 at the Car Audio shop accross the street and it sounded like hell. I called Javi's to see if they could try tuning the sound and I was told to come in any time so they can see what was going on. I was greeted by one of the staff right when I pulled in. He had me wait for a couple of minutes while he went to fetch "The Sound Wizard" I thought that was ironic because although I don't know Jack doodle about sound systems, I definitely consider myself a sound wizard as well, so I immediately felt like I was at the right place. The Sound Wizard ended up being the store owner Javier and he had the same exact reaction to the stereo system as I did. I could tell it hurt his heart a lil bit🤣 Needless to say he really helped me feel better about the situation by giving me suggestions on what steps I should take towards getting my money back and putting it in the right hands. I came back a couple days later to drop my car off. After learning how long the shop has been in business and reading the reviews and seeing the rating I was certain that I was in good hands. Really exceptional experience with Javi and his team. Had a bit of a pressing situation with my old-school alarm going out after 15 years of faithful service- but the crazy temperatures, wear-and-tear, etc - Had an important business road trip to go on with some expensive merchandise and couldn’t truthfully do so with an alarm that wasn’t working. Javi, without any prior warning or relationship, trusted the referral and got to work immediately, trying to solve the perplexing problem as to why suddenly the alarm just stopped working. Besides finding a corroded, faulty, transmitter, he needed to patiently recode everything both manually and then by computer. He did so patiently and without any complaint or frustration – despite the fact it was taking an inordinate amount of time. Besides repairing it within a day and a half, extraordinary – he then undercharged me, incredibly compassionate and kind. I would recommend this company highly for anything having to do with car electronics - and particularly car stereos, which is their specialty.

Hands down the best experience! My husband's car had a problem with the sound system, so we brought it in, and they diagnosed it within minutes. The owner, Javi, personally showed us the exact speakers that would work best, and his team installed them right away. The pricing was great, and the whole experience was super easy. If you want an owner who truly cares, a friendly staff, and experts who actually know how to fix things, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it!

Incredible service. Super friendly staff. Went across the street initially and hated my experience. I’m so glad my uncle recommended me to this place. They did a great on my tint job! As a woman there is always a fear of being up-charged when it comes to auto services. However this place gave me a great price that was comparable to what my uncle paid. Thank you Javi’s! Don't think twice, go here.
